 AMRA - Anti-Mine Roller Attachment - Mk 1, 76E-12. The  Mk1A was fitted to the Matilda II, the B to the Valentine, the C as here to the Covenanter and the D to the Crusader.  Only the A was used operationally, in the Middle East
