ORDER DETAILS 

When ordering please quote kit name as well as code number.

All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling.

We accept cheques drawn on UK banks, Postal Orders, International Money Orders and major credit cards, i.e. Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard (please give name on card, card number, expiry date and the security code – the 3-digit number printed at the end of the card number on the signature strip).  We reserve the right to add 3% to credit card orders to cover charges.  Payments should be payable to MATADOR MODELS.  For cheques drawn on foreign bank accounts please add £7.50 to cover bank charges. 

DISCOUNTS

We offer a 5% discount on orders of over £25 excluding postage to members of MAFVA, IPMS and SOTCW - please quote membership number when ordering.

For orders delivered to customers outside the UK and EU, deduct 15% (does not apply to books or plastic kits).  

POSTAGE  and PACKING

UK: 10% (minimum £4.00) to maximum £8; orders over £100 post-free.

Europe: 15% (minimum £5.00) to maximum £12.

Rest of World: 20% (minimum £6.00) to maximum £16.

DELIVERY

Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, as we are only a relatively small business, delays are sometimes unavoidable.  This particularly applies to recent releases and larger orders, to kits undergoing re-moulding or improvement, or to kits or parts which we ourselves may be ordering from other manufacturers.  If a lengthy delay is likely, we will try to contact you.  Please allow 35 days delivery in the UK.  Cheques are not banked, or credit card payments taken, until goods are ready for dispatch.
